Getting "Unknown Hopi error (Failure in operation)" for PLC workflow

Hi,

My user id has 'editor' role and when I try to initiate Publish Livesite Content (PLC) workflow for production, I am getting "Unknown Hopi error(Failure in operation)" error. but same is working for "Administrator" role.

Could anybody please help me to resolve this problem.
