Form API not invoking

Hi All,

Form API events are not invoking in one folder and same is working fine other folder for one user but user has same permission in both the folders.
Does anybody faced same kind of issues?

ENV:
Teamsite 7.2
Solaris.

Could some one help me to debug the issue.

Share the folder structure where it worked and it didnt work?

Oncross check we found that the issue bacause of IE9 browswer.
