URL of a generated page

Hi,
I need to implement a line of code in the presentation template to get the URL of the generated page.

Ex:
if(url belongs to teamsite..){}
Else {include a page}

Please guide me the way to imeplement the above sort of code in teh TPL.

This doesn't really make sense as written, because when you generate the page via a PT (in this case, I have to assume you mean from a DCR and not a SitePublisher/LiveSite .page file) - there is no URL, just a file path, which is almost always going to be in TeamSite.

The only way you would know what the URL will be is if you build that logic into your overall design - either by replacing the workarea path with the web-server URI base path, or by specifying a URL within a field of the DCR that you somehow utilize.

If the above doesn't help you (and I'm not sure it will) - try to rephrase your question with significantly more detail to describe what you are trying to do.

I think you want to show the url of the page/html file refeering from the target server.

Sorry for late reply due to out of station for the last week.

As my requirement is to include a a file, but it shloud not work at teamsite level, It should work at the webserver (i.e. Target server).
So please help me out on this.

Are you talking about embedding Javascript (or some other code-language?) in your page - that will be executed when the page is rendered by a browser - that needs to examine the page's URL and then "do something" based on the results of that examination?

In the PT - you just put the javavascript code you want to be there, potentially escaping parts that might otherwise interfere with the PT processing). For the actual Javascript code I'd suggest doing some Google searches to see if you can find the code you're looking for if you don't know how to write it yourself.
