What do you have listed for domain_list in your iw.cfg in both the [iwcgi] and [iwserver] sections (if different, indicate each)

mart2001

You might also want to check the event logs on Windows too if the Interwoven logs are not giving that much information.

@ghoti,

domain_list in your iw.cfg in both the [iwcgi] and [iwserver] sections

[iwcgi] -- this is blank, nothing specified here.

[iwserver] it has four domains listed. (for secure i have renamed here to domain1...4)

Checked there as well, but could not get any concrete information.

@ghoti,

[iwcgi] -- this is blank, nothing specified here.

[iwserver] it has four domains listed.

Hmm - strange that you would have 4 in the 'iwserver' section but none listed in the 'iwcgi' section - however, of the 4 you have in the 'iwserver' section ... are any of them the actual TeamSite server (as opposed to a Windows / ActiveDirectory domain)?
If so, remove it.
Of the 3 (or 4) remaining domains listed there - are you sure your TeamSite server has [decent] connectivity to those domain controllers / ActiveDirectory servers?
The attempt to contact those domains by the server is likely the reason it is taking "too long" to start up.
