TS Search 7.3.x - index latest edition

Is there any way I can configure TS search (7.3.x on Windows Server 2008) to index only latest edition?
I tried setting "iw.bulkindex.latest.edition.only" value to "true" in search properties but that didn't work and it indexes all editions.

Is there anything else I need to configure? Wondering if someone has done it and provide me the steps.

I seem to recall that there was a bug identified (7.3.1?) that was then fixed, I believe (7.3.2?) which had something to do with this issue.

Did you search the forums?
Did you contact Support?
