Teamsite menu icons not appearing

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone can help?
In the edit window of a .page file, there are menu icons that should appear towards the top of the interface. Instead of the menu icons, I am getting text (???com.interwoven.livesite.common...) screenshot attached.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? i appreciate any help or clues you may have.

TeamSite loads localized labels from XML files in the webapp context directory. You're either using an unsupported locale (and for some reason the app didn't default to English), or you had a problem installing either the product or your Java customizations, which prevented the webapp from being deployed properly.

If you believe your locale shouldn't be the problem, then you might consider undoing any UITK or LiveSite customizations at least temporarily, to see if that fixes the problem. (See the part about "install_webapps.ipl -i -f content_center" in the UITK guide)
