Working on a TS 7.21 environment on windows server 2008 64 bit.
We aer trying to get an inventory of our users and identify which users have not logged in in the last year. The iwrecentusers clt does not help b/c we recycle services every weekend. I tried referring to the iwuauthen.log, however, we do not populate that file.
1. Anyone have any ideas on this
2. What do i need to do to populate the iwauthen.log?
Thanks

We also faced this problem as we refresh our services every day. Then we started running a cron job (scheduler) before TS services are refreshed which puts all the data in a DB. From DB it's easy to handle it.
You can also pull the data from access.log and keep it in DB and then use it where ever you want to.

There's nothing in the entities database that tracks this information, so there's no easy answer to what you're looking to do. If you happen to have the iwevents.log records for the past year, then you can parse that, but that's really the only way I can think of achieving what you want (unless you've been tracking events in a database this whole time, but then you wouldn't be asking the question).
