TeamSite 7.3.2 Installer Issue

This is for a fresh vanilla install of TeamSite 7.3.2 on a 64 bit linux box . The installer IWOVInstaller-Linux-7.3.2.0.0.bin throws the following error

Extracting the JRE from the installer archive...
Unpacking the JRE...
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...
Configuring the installer for this system's environment...

Launching installer...

Graphical installers are not supported by the VM. The console mode will be used instead...

Preparing CONSOLE Mode Installation...

Action through the below article failed no luck still the same error is seen.

Please help/advise what needs to be done to get this working. Also advise if JRE/JDK needs to manually installed on the linux server.

Use the GUI mode. You need X windows installed and set the console or use putty with X-forwarding set.

If you're working from a Windows client machine, you can install putty and xming on your PC - and then setup your Putty session to use X11 with display of localhost:0

Verify the setting by running xclock from your putty session. If you see a clock, you can quit xclock and start the installation process.

If you don't see a clock you'll probably get an error message, in which case you need to check your putty session settings (google is your friend)

If you use SSH, then the X11 configuration can use Enable X11 forwarding instead of setting the display variable.

Thank you Nipper and Ghoti , X11 forwarding did the trick and i was able to bring up the Installer GUI successfully.
