I am hoping Solaris will be coming soon. We are still on 732 but the big Solaris boxes are not going away

I'll be installing 7.5 on our test server this month (Linux). Hoping it's solid - I don't like being the Pioneer....

Unless something goes majorly sideways with 7.5 we are going full bore to upgrade all environments. We have to have IE11 support by end of year.

I strongly advice ,putting onto Linux. This will be the path forward for many companies.

Over here all java app servers moved (or are moving) towards linux.

To my opinion ,at some point when only 3 customers are left downloading or requesting Solaris, HP will stop creating a version for Solaris as this is not economically sustainable.

Also it seems that teamsite is feeling more comfortable on X86 hardware.

All reasons why not to delay to move to Linux.
