Please let me know how link checker for broken liks in websites works with TeamSite 7.3.1.
Any other HP Autonomy product which helps in checking the broken links or any recommeded third party tool and instructions,please

There isn't one. The dependency manager is the closest thing (Actions > Find Related Files), but I wouldn't count on it to be 'complete' as far as building a broken links report.
You can build your own though.
