As long as the VM is running an officially supported OS / OS version - yes.
Your performance may vary, but it should work.
(Interwoven Sales Engineers were using VMs for years before Interwoven officially sanctioned the use)

No problem, I had it running for a long time. Now you need to check on what OS is supported. I think that was certified on Win2003, and probably RHEL 4 or 5
