If you're referring to the WebServices, just hit the .asmx page after you've installed it. Your URL should look something like
http://server Smiley Tongue

ort/optional-folder/ MediaBinWebServices.asmx

There also used to be a moderately useful PDF version of the same in MB v4.6, and if you're on Virage/MB, there's a second web service for Virage things whose URL escapes me at the moment, but you'll find that one in the install doc.
