TeamSite 7.3.2 LDAP Authendication Issue

Hello,

We are able to add them successfully through the LDAP UI for TeamSite 7.3.2 . However there are two issues

1. The id's are case sensitive , TeamSite recognizes non-os LDAP using through Upper case , lower case error's no such TeamSite users

2. non-os LDAP users are not able to logon to the UI , it gives an error message saying the incorrect password .

Please advise on how to make TeamSite authenticate against LDAP

Since you able to add users I believe there is no configuration issue connecting with LDAP.
#1. User ID's are case sensitive here, your users should use right userID's
(ie. case sensitive) to authenticate with TeamSite.
#2. I advise to test by resetting a users password if that works.

If still incorrect password error appears not sure why is it not authenticating(assuming your userid/password is correct with case), also check CC logs further if you can find any clue which can lead to issue resolution. You can also check with your LDAP folks to monitor their logs for any login requests from TeamSite.
