teamsite 7.3.2 Firefox and Chrome issue

Hi,

I am using Teamsite 7.3.2. When i open a DCR in Chrome 40 (Version 40.0.2214.111 m) or Firefox 35 (35.0.1) i do not see tinyMCE box, its just a textarea. Also the replicant (+) option is non clickable.

Could you please suggest what can we do to make it working in Firefox and Chrome?

Refering to other posts i checked for console errors and there are javascript errors in both the browsers

Chrome errors-

Firefox errors

Chrome is not officially supported at all for that version of TeamSite.

Firefox is only officially supported to version 16 for that version of TeamSite.

So you can:

Try to play around with the JS files that are causing issues
Try to downgrade your Firefox or use a supported version of IE
Try to upgrade your TeamSite

All of the options have pros/cons - its up to you / your organization to decide which route you want to take.

We are on 7.3.1 I think, and are experiencing a ton of individual browser issues...

IE 11 for instance, the HTML button onthe TinyMCE editor brings up a blank window...

We are hoping to get 7.5 installed soon to get the latest version of TinyMCE (4.4?) so alleviate some of this.

There was a patch available for 731, makes some of the newer browsers work better (not perfectly).

FYI, I use Chrome 40 as well as FF 26 with 732 and that patch. They work fairly well. No MCE issues.
