I think you need to elaborate on your question.

The component is not used on an iPhone or iPad - it's used in SitePublisher and then either to generate a static page or to be delivered to, and rendered by, LiveSite (or some other application server) - which is then (I believe) accessed by a web server - to which your iPhone and/or iPad my be connecting to display the rendered content.
