Unable to view DCR's

Hi,
We are facing some issues with viewing DCR's in TS UI.though we are having 640 DCR's inside data folder,it shows folder as empty.

As of now we are using "View all and deleted files" in order to see DCR's.

What version of TeamSite are you on?
What operating system?
Is this happening to everyone?
Have you tried different browsers?
Have you rebooted the server?
What are the permissions on that location?
Can you see the files from the filesystem instead of the UI?
Does changing to show 100 instead of All have any affect?
Is it the "View All" view that you are having issues with?
