Getting Error - CSObjectNotFoundException: (Object being looked up was not found)

TS 7.2.1, Solaris
One of our user is getting following error when he tries to instantiate WF using finish button in DCR. Same works fine for other users.

Getting following error:

ERROR com.interwoven.modeler.commands.IwNewJobCommand () - Could not find available submit workflow templates for user (unserName) (vpath)

ERROR com.interwoven.modeler.commands.IwNewJobCommand () - Could not find available submit workflow templates for user (unserName) (vpath)

Check your available_templates.cfg (and/or avaliable_tmplates.xml) files to verify that the user in question is among those configured to be able to access a workflow for that vpath via the tt_data command.
