MediaBin cannot validate trusted user LDAP

Hi,
When I am trying to import an asset from MediaBin into TemSite or Click on "MediaBin" button in DCT, I am getting the error "MediaBin cannot validate trusted user LDAP\"
Please help in fixing this.
