Simplistic answer: Resize your window.
Generally answer: You can't.
Theoretical answer: You might be able to play with the CSS to do this - however, be warned: The HTML code used in rendering the DCTs is horrendously complex (or perhaps I should just stop at "horrendous") - so trying to do this kind of manipulation is likely to be a non-trivial task (at best).

Don't bother trying. The CSS would necessarily apply to all rows in all forms across the whole server. FormsPub uses your browser's default table layout engine with columns sized relative to their content. There's no IDs or classes you can reliably attach to, in order to specifically target certain elements. If you can't get by with "that's how the platform works" with your client, your only realistic alternative is to callout to a popup and work your magic there.

Forget it, playing with forms CSS is like playing with fire.
