insert multiple select data to relation table in data deploy

Hi all,

I have a multiple select box in a dcr, the value will be value a, value b, value c, value d after the dcr saved.

I want to deploy this dcr to a primary table A, and also deploy these entery value a, value b, value c, value d to table B also, how can i achieve it?

ps, there is no problem if i change this multiple select box to replicatable container, but for some specific requirement, i can not change this multiple select box

can somebody advise, thanks

One solution I can think of readily is to have these values stored in some other hidden fields which can map to table B.

It's been a while since I've done any DD work - but I believe you can look in the manual and find some examples of how to deploy multiple-select-list entries into columns in a table - and then it's a matter of defining two table specifications in your configuration file (presumably with some sort of overlap for primary key or some such, so you can associate the selections in one table with the rest of the data in the other table).
