Links to view / read only versions of documents (nrl/iws)

Does anybody know if it is possible to create NRL link files or IWS hypertext links that opens the document in read-only or view mode?

 

This function could be handy to avoid unintentional edits when distributing document links to several people (without changing the user rights to the document).

Hi,

This has just been metione on the Support forum.  You can add a command paramerter (the iManExt functions, have a look at the SDK) to the iwl link to control what it does, for example:
iwl:dms=WSServer&lib=ws90&num=94&ver=1&command=openROCmd
