Teamsite on Windows or Linux ?

I'm trying to figure out what platform is the best suited for running teamsite.

I personally never worked with the windows version,but only with the Solaris and Linux version.

The only time I ran into a windows version was during trainings.

So I'm curious to know what are the advantage(s) of using teamsite on windows ,compared to using teamsite on linux.

Feel free to convince me going to windows :-).

I have my preference, but the single most important factor is to go with what the organization is familiar with. I've seen Microsoft shops go with Linux servers because they heard it was "better", and then they're not able to support and troubleshoot very efficiently.

I personal preference is Linux. But you want TS to be the same architecture of your runtime. Preview is much better that way.

If you are using both, pick the dominant platform, or Linux. :-)
