Limited, since they will not have source code access. That being said, some on this board have seen 98% of the issues and can fix a whole lot of stuff, so it probably is a pretty good idea.
I'm curious why, if your company spent this much money on this product, why upgrading is not an option, yet spending the money on a consultant is?

And I'm not sure any of you who post here would be interested in a gig to keep a relic like 6.7.2 alive. Where's the fun in that? Other than the paycheck, of course...
