CSSDK - Set extended attribute

Hi,

I am developing a extended attribute fix workflow to work on dcrs which have been imported from outside teamsite env. Below is the cssdk code I've written.
Issue: EA is not set on the dcr and the wf gets stucked up. During wf task initiation (java class execution) I get NullPointerException in content_center.log.


ArrayList extAttrib = new ArrayList();
CSExtendedAttribute ea1 = new CSExtendedAttribute();
ea1.setName("TeamSite/Templating/DCR/Type");
ea1.setValue(dcrTemplatingAttrib);
extAttrib.add(ea1);

Here, dcrTemplatingAttrib is string varible in which I am writing the EA value.
I need urgent help to make this code work, Please help guys..

The stack trace in your log should give you a line number, which you can then use to figure out which line in your code is the source of the issue. If you need help understanding WHY a particular line is failing, post the problematic line in question.

Issue was at this line:


bioDcrCSSimpleFile.setExtendedAttributes((CSExtendedAttribute[])extAttrib.toArray(new CSExtendedAttribute[extAttrib.size()]));

The root cause of the issue was, incorrect dcr file path was being passed to CSSimpleFile object.
