i want to group related items in a DCR in 2 or more groups.....

is it possible to do that.......

Are you talking about a replicant? a container? or something else?
Can you be more specific about what you are trying to do and how you are hoping to do it?

User a container for each set of items/replicants you want in a group.

To make these groups readily apparent in when entering content, in the templating.cfg <data-type ...> tag for the DCT make sure you have ' items-per-page="1" ' to have each group appear on its own page.

This works great if you don't forget to include the containername (like 'container.item' instead of just 'item') when referencing members items of the group.
