Answering your exact question use:
iwodcmd start deployment-name
That being said, as Rick pointed out, you have not read the docs, because you are asking the wrong question. What you shoud be asking (and trying to figure out as well) is what customization do I need to do to a deployment so that it will use a filelist deployment.
