TS service is running, but UI not coming up

TS741, WS8

I am trying to open TS UI, but it does not come up.

I checked TS service, and Interwoevn JBoss Application server they are running. What can be causing this behavior ?

I get following error message

"The Interwoven Web Daemon was unable to contact the Interwoven Application Container. The Interwoven Application Container may be down, or running on an unexpected host or port."

No changes have been made since morning and it was working fine in the morning

How do I get TS UI up ?

Hard to say without more information

First thing to do is run iwreset -ui as an Admin

Then start watching the server.log and iwjboss.log when it restarts

when I am executing iwreset -a

Command stops in middle and I get mesage "Error : 5000059 : Server Disconnected"

What does this mean ?

It means that the CLT thinks TS is not running.

Have there been any networking changes?

You may need to restart the box

You can try navigating through the services list.Check if the Interwoven Jboss and Interwoven Webdaemon services are in running state.
