Can anybody please tell external task flow, as i have mentioned number which means number 1 execute first then 2 and then 3.

If I am right tell otherwise pls correct the order.

Crosscheked IWOV doc but having confusion.Converting WFT to WFM, sorry to ask simple question.

Either X or X1 can transition to "Live Submit".
"Live Submit" transitions only to X1 ( "loops back" to X1 in case X1 was the actual predecessor)

In other words, the fragment you've posted indicates two possible streams
X - Live Submit - X1
X1 - Live Submit - X1

Forget about command, it's irrelevant for the flow discussion.

An atomic element of the Flow Graph is a Task. XML Fragment that you've included in the original Post
contains 3 Task references, X, X1 and Live Submit. Tasks X and X1 may transition to the task "Live Submit".
Live Submit upon completion transitions to X1.

Note that both X and X1 Tasks probably have other transitions, not shown on the diagram
