Multiple System Submit oprations on /iwadmin/main/config and workflowModels

We experienced workflow instantiation issues and it is observed that the iwEveryone on the workflowModels is been removed. Not sure how this has happened, but investigating the issue.

 

However, we find so many instances of these messages in submit.cfg.

- Multiple instances of these both kind

 

Any thoughts where exactly these getting initiated.

The first is possibly related to email templates being submitted (look under that path and see what else is there - I'm not on an active server right now)

 

The second is most likely from someone publishing WFM's through the WFM UI
