Not easily. You can have a bunch of onItemChange events trigger and log the changes.

For the former, you'd probably have to do something like what nipper indicated.
For the latter, you might try looking at the FormAPI manual regarding:

Awesome, Thank you. It works.(I used isModfied on IWDatacapture. The intial req was to figure which fields have changed. Had to negotiate back and just find if the form changed at all)
