Getting error while re-installing ODrcvr on a target node server

Hi All,

 

I was getting some issue in starting the iwodserver service. So i un-installed the od receiver from the server and removed the "Interwoven" folder from the drive. Now when I am trying to run the executable to install the Odrcvr on this server, then I am getting the error message as

"upgrading from opendeploy base to opendeploy receiver is not allowed"

 

Also I am seeing that the iwodserver service has not been removed. But when trying to start this service I get the error as "Not able to find the executable file" (which is expected since there is no folder for Interwoven on server.)

 

I would highly appreaciate if you would let me know what can be the issue and how it can be resolved.

Someone did not remove OD correctly

 

 

If you tell us what OS you are using, we may be able to help remove it completely.

 

On Linux it is easy,  on DOS you will be editing the registry settings.
