make_toolkit.ipl error - Urgent

I get the below error when make_toolkit.ipl is executed , please let me what needs to be done . The foundation.tk.war is not found at that location

Just curious ,if you are running make_toolkit.ipl from the right directory path

This is a known issue with foundation.tk.war and is related with your permissions. You can quickly fix this by commenting out foundation.tk.war entry from your toolkits.xml file located at iwhome/local/config/lib/content_center.
The other option is making sure the user who is running the toolkit is having access to /iwmnt/iwadmin/main/spars/WORKAREA/Installed/foundation/toolkit/foundation.tk.war

Yes , i am running it from iwhome/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src.

How about reinstalling the foundation spar ?

If it is in this location, then you have a permissions issue

Thank you Nipper, Site Publisher is not leverage . One of our support personnel copied over the toolkits.xml from a the system that leverages SitePublisher causing the issue

Removing its reference for all toolkits.xml ( config/lib/content_center/toolkits.xml , ApplicationContainer/server/default/deploy/iw-cc.war/META-INF/toolkits.xml) . The make_toolkit.ipl executes successfully . Thank you every one.
