TS UI is not accesible

WS8, TS741

When I am trying to login to iw.ui, I am getting 404 error message.

But I can login to iw.admin.ui. After login to admin ui, if I try to switch to CCPro, I still stay on admin ui only.

I checked TS and JBoss service, its running.

Before, wven login screen was not coming up. I restarted WS8 server and then login page started coming up.

What may be causing this behavior ? Where shall I start ?

Is the ccpro war deployed?

You may first want to try running:

TeamSite/install/install_webapps.ipl -f content_center

It was working fine

CCPro war (iw-cc.war) is deployed

TeamSite/install/install_webapps.ipl -f content_center

what result expected from this ?

What changed from the last time it worked?

BTW, this seems scary familar to another case posted yesterday. Claudia had to reinstall TS

I had to restart the server.

After restart, my collegue can access CCPro, but I can not. I cleared cache by deleting Temporary internet file, form data, cookies, paswords. Browsing history is disabled by our company.

I can still access TS Admin UI only and not CCPro.

Is that all I need to clear cache OR do I need to clear something else too ? OR is there something else ?

I suspect it is a browser issue. Log on to your collegues computer and see if it is your browser or your login.

We are all using IE8.

Thats what I am wondering. What can this browser issue be ? I cleared cache, what else shall I check for ?

Your browser could be configured differently than others.

Try a different desktop first. Certainly could be Java. I am also not certain that IE8 is supported with your rev of TS. You should check that.

EDIT: I checked the compatibility matrix and IE 8 is still isted for 741
