CSSDK connectivity issue

I am trying to communicate with my TS server using cssdk i have added the "cssdkiface.jar" and "cssdkjava.jar" to my java project build path in eclipse but i am getting following error. I am getting this error for the out of the box CreateClient.java program

The factory cannot be initialized
com.interwoven.cssdk.factory.CSFactoryInitializationException: (Factory initialization failed)

Root cause:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.interwoven.cssdk.factory.CSLocalFactory

This factory implementation is only valid when your class is running within iw-cc.war. What you want to use is CSJavaFactory (or CSSoapFactory) instead.

Yeah but it's a different cause, so that still counts as progress Smiley Tongue

There's a few additional properties needed to properly instantiate a CSJavaFactory object outside of TeamSite and it's kinda hard to say what you're missing with just that output. Are you sure you have nothing else in your stdout/stderr?

If you are trying from your local system (remotely) the you have to use CSSOAPFactory.

Not true. CSJavaFactory works remotely as well (and more efficiently), under the right circumstances.
