CLT's are not working

Hi,

None of the clts are running in Teamsite server and it is throwing the error "Error:02422: No such Teamsite User" for clts. Where as Opendeploy clt's are working fine on the same server. Restarting of Teamsite services and Bouncing the server did not solve this issue.Here are specifications.
Teamsite server version 6.7.1 sp 1
OS : Windows
Open Deploy version 6.1.1

Are you trying to run this as SYSTEM user or something else?

TS and OD maintain separate lists of allowed users. In this case, it appears that the user running your command prompt is allowed to execute OD commands, but not TS commands. To fix this, you'll need to use a user that already has access and add your own user to TeamSite, via either the Admin console or the iwuseradm CLT.

That, or just run your commands in a prompt that has the rights to do so. On Windows, you can use this command to open a prompt running as someone else, e.g.:
> runas /user:Administrator cmd

You can also run iwodauthorize to see what od-roles the user have and which deployment the user has access to....
