Connecting to IWSERVER

I am tryinng to run iwcallback for a task and I am getting error "Could not connect to IWSERVER " as shown below

\iw-home\TeamSite\bin>iwcallback 374514 1 Could not connect to IWSERVER

How can I make connection to IWSERVER ? nHow to trouble shoot this ?

Most likely means that your "Interwoven TeamSite" service isn't running.
