TS Users are missing after migration

Hi

TS 7.3.1 patch 2
RHEL 5

I have migrated my content store from 6.7.2 to 7.3.1 and copied the TSUSERS.XML and TSGROUPS.XML as well. Also successfully completed iwidmap.

Thou the users are existing in tsusers.xml in 7.3.1, but when I check the group thru TS UI, few of them are missing.

Both 7.3.1 and 6.7.2 share the same AD groups and permissions.

How do I fix the missing users? Why it removed the users?

Any help is much appreciated.

Are they OS users ? LDAP ? AD ?

Anything consistent about what shows and what does not ? Can you re add them ?

They are all AD users. There is no consistent on the missing users. I am not able to search the users as well when I tried to re-add them.

You are not able to search for them in AD ? That leads me to believe the reason they are not there is TS cannot get that information from AD

Different domains ?

Did you update the iw.cfg on the 7.3.1 machine to include the domains from the 6.7.2 machine?

Most likey the new domains AD doesn't contain the missing users information.
