iwsubmit error

I am trying to submit a file through the the clt command iwsubit, but I am getting the following error message:

ERROR:5000013: Error connecting to server:

I need to do the submit only through clt.

That usually means your iwserver process isn't running. If it is, check the iwserver.log and iwtrace.log for relevant messaging.

That also means user is not known.
please verify that iwuseradm list-users -t | grep "userid" produces user information
