Sitepublisher - Get latest components fails

I'm working with Teamsite and Livesite.

I've changed a header component and submitet it.

Now I have to update all my pages. When I edit one page it makes a pop-up asking if I want to update the page with the new component, which I want.

But I have 2-300 pages and don't want to do this manualy, so I thought of using the sitePublisher - "Get lates components" but it keeps telling me that I cancelled something earlier today!!!

I'm stuck!

That would be the right solution.. Instead of posting a screencap of the menu item, why not post a screencap of the error message? Also, anything relevant from your server logs, and specify your TS version.

If you are on Unix, tail -f server.log (after you find it) and run a single file get latest components, and then post what is shown

Sorry... I actully also did upload the error image, but I was in a hurry, and forgot to check if both files was in the post. I will do it tomorrow (it's Night now in DK :-) )

When I activate the "get latest components" it shows me that I did cancel an Update earlier this morning.

I can see the file that was cancelled, and make an manual update with this, but it stil gives me this message. (I'll Update with screendump tomorrow)

I'm working in windows with tomcat webserver.

If you have the command to this I can try. I haven't worked with TeamSite in some years and never with LiveSite.

TS 6.7.2 SP1

When I log in TeamSite, click Administration/Logs it shows really old logs (from last time they updated the system). Can I see logs elsewhere?

OK, you are working with a 7 year old release that has been EOL for a few years, which means it is not supported.

Where and how to debug this is has been long forgotten by me.

You really need to upgrade your severs before you do anything.

hehe :-) I know it's old and dying...or dead, but this is the customers solution, and they won't upgrade. So have to fix this.

Would be nice with an upgrade though :-)

Directly on the file system. TeamSite/local/logs/iwui/content_center.log as well as others in this folder.

I've never personally seen this 'canceled' message, so unless you can find a stack trace in a log somewhere, I can't help much.

Thanks, I found a lot of log files.

Unfortunally I did not find the content_center.log

The only log file in TeamSite\local\logs\iwui\ that are updated is access.log:

I can see the command is activated, but no errors, but I can see I get this as result:

GetLatestResults.do?method=progressHidden&done_page=/iw-cc/command/iw.ccpro.list_directory

You can't.. it just says that the server received your HTTP request and returned a status 200.. It doesn't help figure out what failed.

You need to find a Java log somewhere. servletd_out.log maybe? I don't recall where they were back then.
