UI in workflow is not appearing properly

TS721, Windows Server 2008

A user has started a workflow and when he checks it in Workflow UI, on the upper half of screen where all jobs are listed there is an error message "Internet Explorer can not display the webpage" while on the lower half, where Job Details and Active tasks are listed that part appears fine.

So what can this be due to ? How to resolve this issue ?

Is workflow engine a separate service from TeamSite ? I dont see it as listed in services. If I want to start or stop workflow engine, can I do that , if yes how ?

Can be caused by a number of things.. Sometimes your browser security is set so high that it won't allow Javascript to change the src of frames (which is what happens here). It could also be that this particular frame throws a server-side error which prevents it from rendering properly or at all, and IE is known to provide "helpful" messages when a server response is <512 bytes. You'll have to do a bit of digging here.. What's the href of the problematic frame? (right click - properties or view info) Is there anything relevant in your server logs? Does the problem happen for any other user/browser/machine?

It is not. It runs as part of the ContentCenter web application, which is booted by the Application Container (iwjbossd) service.
