How we can add the "n" number of respective databases reviewer in the worklow ?

We have an requirement from client to create a workflow which have document review (DCR review) from the respective database reviewer like we have six
databases if the user filled the DCR and submit it for the review it will go to the respective database reviewer (like sybase, DB2 , oracle, greenplum, sql etc.) means sybase document will go to the sybase reviewer and for the databases is same.
we have done simple like when we submit the dcr or any document after submitting it there comes one custom instantiation screen on that we can
add the names of the reviewers but in this case how can we achieve.
so our requirement is how we can map it will go to the respective database reviewer?

If it were me, I would have a checkbox for each DB and if someone checks a checkbox, along with a field where you can enter the reviewer for that DB. Then your WF would have to have logic that tests each DB checkbox and if selected, go down the review path and if not, skip it - for each DB. But I'm just simple folk. I'm sure one of the gurus will have a one line solution.

If you have a unique entry field named oracleDBA, sybaseDBA, etc., and then have the appropriate DBA fill in their name or whatever in that entry field, how is that hard to map? Do you do much programming?

You - are the best judge of where to put the logic for mapping the DB being used to the user who needs to review the content (I was confused from your initial description) - but the custom instantiation configuration file (for a WFM) is certainly a reasonable choice.

You - still need to be responsible for figuring out the logic and implementing it.
