Does Teamsite search have to be upgraded with Teamsite?

Haiyan

Hi,

Currently we have teamsite and search installed on two different servers, and they are both 7.1. We are planning to upgrade teamsite to 7.3, does that mean search have to be upgraded to 7.3 too?

Thanks,
-Haiyan

If you are using LSCS then without question yes. 7.3 uses IDOL while the earlier revs did not.

That being said, you should upgrade it anyway.

Thanks for confirming.
