TS utility service not getting up

Hi,
We have issue with TS server. Following is the case detail.
Earlier, we tried to run a build on TS with make_toolkit.ipl and it failed. After that TS was not starting up. So, we ran the install_webapps.ipl to restore the webapps. After which also, it was failing to start teamsite.
We found that one of the file, C:\Interwoven\TeamSite\etc\iwutild.cfg was updated wrongly on the server and error was shown on parsing the same file in iwtrace.log.
We restored the file and from another TS server (as there was no server specific content in it and also installtion path is same) and restarted the server.

But, now "Interwoven Teamsite Utility deamon" service is not starting up. Attached is the screenshot and server.log.

Any pointer here.

The log you posted is not useful, as it just says JBoss wasn't able to connect. You should be able to find a log for iwutild, within the TeamSite/local/logs folder. Look in there for clues.

I checked for that log file. But could not find under /iw-home/local/logs

Only file, I got iwutild_cmdout.log. It has no useful info either like

I checked on another server on the same location, but could not find the iwutild.log file there either, though I can see following entry under iwutild.cfg

Under iwtrace.log I could see

under ssl_error.log, I could see error

Hostname xx.xx.77.59 provided via SNI and hostname teamsite.interwoven.com provided via HTTP are different

I do not know, above is related with issue. I also confirmed license validity with tsisvalid.exe

Please include the version of TS, OS (looks like Windows, what version) and DB you are using.

What user is running the service? If not the local system user, does that user have full access to the whole TeamSite folder structure? Is there anything useful in the Windows event logs?

There's not a whole lot of useful data in there. I think you might have to open a support ticket and have them check your install.
