We have TeamSite and OpenDeploy. We are considering adding SitePublisher. Or sales rep will not give me a straight answer as to wether I can actually add just SitePublisher or a price.

Can someone tell me if in fact it can be purchased alone and added to what we already have? Any ballpark price?

SP is an additional purchase if you bought pre-6.7 TS.

If you purchased LiveSite back then, you should have been grandfathered SP as well.

No clue how much.

We've had it for years. Started at 5 or 5.5 - something like that. Don't have LiveSite (yet). But, for now we just have a need for SitePublisher.

So to sum up, it can in fact be purchased (SitePublisher 7.2.1) alone and added to what we have? Correct?

Has anyone else done this? What was the price?

The question you should ask yourself or you manager is

"Does you'r company needs it and what are you trying to accomplish in say 2 yrs from now."

We had our rep come in and give a splendid demo of the whole suite. IDOL10 - all that. I can see the merit of what he displayed but our budget is squeezed so tightly right now it's begging for mercy.

My manager has tasked me with finding out about only SitePublisher at this time. Our rep seems only interested in upselling us at this time. I just need some straight forward answers.

Getting a straight forward answer from a sales rep? Hmm..... That is always a challenge!

You should be able to just get the SitePublisher part, but you'll have to discuss with your account executive and the agreement they had signed with Interwoven.

Yea because he may not know what you are trying to do. So he may be wondering SP only, or adding LSDS and LSCS.

Do you also have DataDeploy ? You will need it.

Nothing is simple with a sales critter, he will have some big #'s for you and fall back to a SP only

I am sorry you were absolutely right. I don't know what i was thinking.

Cuz when we implemented, we bought the whole package and later on got rid of LSCS and kept SP. (I was in an assumption that we didn't pay for SP, but we did)
