Is OpenDeploy Base/Receiver 7.2.1 compatible with Livesite,SP and Teamsite 7.3.1 ?

Typically OD is compatible with everything. OD is a pretty easy upgrade so I would go ahead and do it.

Wouldn't Live Site Content Services 7.3.1 have communication issues with OD 7.2.1 and 7.3.1 ? OD 7.3.1 does have separate license generator unlike Teamsite 7.3.1

Well we haven't verified with LSCS but with LSDS within our setup where we tested our deployments from OD 7.3.1 to 7.1.1 and we didn't see any issues.

For LSCS you might have to check with Support.

We are also using base as older version and not face any problem yet. However as Nipper suggested you should re install the od to sync base and recvr.
