LSCS UI 404 error

Hi All,

We installed TS&LS 7.3.1 in windows 2003 server. It is a new installation. We installed the complete package LSCS and LSDS. After installation, Teamsite server is up and running.

When I am accessing the followng URL, It clearly says server status is up.
URL I accessed :http://localhost:8080/lscs/admin/debugpanel/

But I am not getting an option to create 'New Rule', 'New Condition', etc. I logged in to CC using administrator ID, which has all the requied permissions.

Is there I missed out any configurations? Any suggestions please.

Two things, first you need to have your TS.lic with targeting enabled, check that:

SERVERTYPE=Corporate
PRODUCT=TS
TARGETING=true
EXPIRES=NoLimits

I checked the basic things. TS.lic is valid with TARGETING=true.

Also while i am trying to access the URL : http://172.16.4.176:8080/lscs/admin/debugpanel/

I could see LSCS status as 'up'.

Even in content.properties file, lscs.rules.enable=true is configured.

But still not getting the menu options to create - 'New Rule, Condition, etc'

Check the menu items from inside a Workarea?

Install the targetting heartbeat spar.

Check if the action/conditions/rules folders are there in the iwadmin branch..

Thanks for the suggestions.

I tried all the steps suggested by you, but issue still exist.

Even heartbeat spar installation also done. Still I am not getting "New Rule", "New Condition" and "New Action" menu items. Yes I tried from work area.

Is there an error in teamsite JBOSS Server logs? I remember a similar error due to connectivity issue with the teamsite DB.
