Why dbschema.cfg files are auto created by TS?

Hi All,

TS 7.3.1
RHEL

I have installed TS 7.3.1 and migrated current content store successfully. Everything was look good, but now I see "dbschema.cfg" files on every data category and there is another file "DATACATEOGYRNAME_dd.cfg". I haven't created any of these neither migrated from content store as well.

For eg, on news data cateogry, I see the following files are created by root:
news_dd.cfg
dbschema.cfg

I am not sure how these files got created. And how do i avoid this? I missed any configurations?

Sounds like someone ran the DataDeploy DAS setup commands (iwsyncdb).
If you're not using DAS you can probably safely remove those files - but it would probably be worth trying to track down who created them and why...

I looked into the iwsyncdb_initial.log and it shows some activity on the same day when the other files are created. But it seems, no body has run that.

Is it possible that any other TS or OD module might have executed it? Any idea about which module calls for this command?
