TeamSite 7.4.1 installation issue on Solaris10

I have updgraded TeamSite 7.4.1 from 7.4.0 successfully according to the installer log. When I am trying to login in TeamSite clien using root account it give me screen written "Base" on top left. Please find attached screen shot from server and log as well. Please be advice

The logs (iwjboss.log) all say that there is a DB2 execption.

Did you check if you can connect to the database ?

I also think it was a database issue and I checked I was able to connect to the database successfully. I have open case with Interwoven and we are trying to use different options let see. I will keep update with result.

I forgot to update. After couple of time spend with support they were not able to find any reason and finally suggested as per your production environment is running 7.3.2 so you have to upgrade from 7.3.2 to 7.4.1. I did and it’s working fine.

I do not understand even support guys as well the issue regarding upgrade from 7.4.0 to 7.4.1 even before installing I did make sure with support and I got information you can do it
