How do we store the data of multiple dcr into an autogenerated html table. suppose, we fill the dct with unique id. on saving, it changes into dcr and and data should be store in the first row of the table. then ,again if someone again fill the form, with different data. It should occupy the 2nd row of the table..and so.on...

Is the HTML table part of the output of the PT of the single DCR? Or is there a separate process used to extract data from multiple DCRs into an HTML table? Or something else?

If dcr-1 fills up the cells in row-1 of the HTML table and someone edits dcr-1, are you planning to replace the content of row-1 of the HTML table or is the old content supposed to remain and the new content goes into row-2 of the HTML table?

If the latter, and you have the original dcr-1 in the first-row of the table and dcr-2 in the second-row of the table, and then you edit dcr-1 - does the new content go into row-2 (pushing the pre-existing row-2 content to row-3) or does the new content go into row-3 (or whatever the next available row is)?

Do you have a full design planned already and are looking for ways to implement it - or are you trying to figure out how to design something (and implement it)? Do you have actual requirements or are you doing all of this on-the-fly?

Well you can answer Adam's queries, but in general, when you said you have your DCR with Unique ID and a PublishDate, If i were you, i would dump them in database and i would have my external task in WF query the db and build the html page as needed. (Provided we are talking about all the DCR's being of one Datatype.)

If it is different datatypes, You need to explain little more on what is the common criteria between the two datatypes and what drives the requirement.

- refering to storing the content of a dcr in a database table?
- refering to generate a html table in which each row shows content of 1 dcr?

when we save the data of dcr-1 into the first row of the html table, then if dcr-1 is again updated by someone. then the data should be also updated in the existing row. (the row should not be shifted anywhere).

for example, we wish to create a table of student's marks by making dcr or each student. so data of student1 should go to row1,then if marks are updated for student1, it should simply update the current row.
