Full deploys failing.

We're experiencing a bug with our full OD deployments.

1. I created an edition in TeamSite 7.3.1, navigated to one directory within it and verified that it contained subdirectories – taking this as proof that the edition was created.

2. Then I ran the full deploy

3. However, looking at the command line the edition which I created at 1831 didn't actually finish until 19:13.
dr-xr-xr-x 6 jsilber tsusers 512 Jun 14 19:13 mfs_jds_2012_6_14_1831

Apparently, I deployed an edition that had not been completely created.

4. If you create an edition through the TeamSite UI (File -> New Edition), YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY KNOW WHEN IT HAS COMPLETED, and neither does OpenDeploy.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Thanks.

Creating editions should be nearly instantaneous as they are just records of references to versions of files and not the actual content of those files. I've certainly never head of an edition taking over 30 minutes to create.

Are you sure there isn't some clock-skew going on on your server (I've seen cases where a server connects to two different time-servers which aren't in sync and keeps bouncing back and forth between "then" and "now")
